***If you are in charge of attendance for an event, please take the clipboards and flag to the event.  The clipboards will be in the metal organizer by the chalkboard in the FYRE Department.  After the event, please return the clipboards and flag to their places.*** 

**All event captains should write a recap of each event.  Other committee members are encouraged to do so as well, if so inclined.  Specifics (like number of gallons of each type of ice cream) should be included as well as anything that might be helpful in order to run the event smoothly in the future.**
